Hormone balancing chocolate smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flaxseed or chia seeds
1 tsp stevia (optional) top with cacao nibs and shredded coconut
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a high- speed blender. Serve chilled.
