My Absolute Favourite Snack!

If you know me you will usually find me with these babies in my bag. Just in case I get hangry! No but really, these are the easiest snacks to make, super delicious, and nutritious!

The best thing is that you can make so many different recipes; chocolate, vanilla, berry, peanut butter, sugar free, high fat, protein rich, low fat, etc etc etc.

They are super filling and nutritious, the perfect workout or on the go snack to prep in bulk!

Before I had a food processor I would mix ingredients together in a bowl. So if you don't have a food processor don't fret! You can still join the party ;)

Give these recipes a try and play around with it! The beauty of these snacks is that you don't really need a fixed recipe, you can add and subtract whatever works for you!

I love prepping these in advance and storing them in the fridge or freezer for a quick workout snack or when I'm craving something sweet!
