I was in a real FUNK on the weekend..

Let’s be honest the past 2 years have put us all thru a lot 😅

But I don’t think we are compassionate enough to ourselves

Life can be hard

And it’s important to recognize that we are human,

“Just try harder”

I see a lot of shaming & guilt tripping women because they’re not trying hard enough

& a lot of disempowerment

Like “hey take this pill” or “jus

Waiting to feel ready to take action is like waiting for motivation to get anything done..

It’s backwards

You’ll never be 100% ready

Those who take action, get messy, figure it out as they go, and bet on themselves - these are the peop
